Posted on September 19, 2021 by Samantha Robson

The combination of the properties that ginger gives us together with those of vinegar helps us to alleviate the symptoms caused by sinusitis in less time.

The paranasal sinuses are air-filled bony cavities that are found inside the skull, near the nose, and that are lined by cells that make mucus and that when a bacterial or viral infection occurs, becomes inflamed, developing sinusitis

Combining the ginger root with apple cider vinegar we can make a natural remedy that will help alleviate the symptoms of sinusitis. Both foods have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and decongestant properties that are used to treat a variety of conditions.

This natural remedy is very simple to prepare, you only need a large piece of ginger root and a cup of organic apple cider vinegar.

What you should do is grate the piece of ginger root and place it in a jar along with the apple cider vinegar. You should leave it there, with a lid, in a cool, dark place for ten days, and in between shake it several times so that it concentrates well.

As for the treatment, what you should do is inhale the product for a period of five minutes, about twice a day. And then at night moisten a cloth and place it on the neck for an hour.
